At Dear Women in STEM, LLC we are a dedicated team of women with careers in STEM, passionate about inspiring young girls and supporting graduates eager to enter the STEM field. 

Our mission is to create an enriching platform for women at every stage of their STEM journey, whether they are just beginning or already established in their careers. We are committed to equip women in STEM with the essential tools and strategies to achieve their goals. 

Our work is guided by 4 pillars: Transparency, fostering open communication and trust; Empowerment, equipping women with the tools they need to succeed; Community, offering a supportive network for growth and collaboration; and Representation, ensuring diverse voices are visible and valued in STEM.
