My Journey

 My journey in the world of business has been a thrilling ride, filled with opportunities to make a difference and grow alongside fantastic teams. Here's a peek into my career adventure!

I kicked off my career at Herguth Laboratories, Inc., where I wore many hats, from Customer Service Manager to Sales & Marketing Manager. These roles allowed me to hone my skills in building strong client relationships, developing targeted marketing strategies, and optimizing sales processes. I learned the art of balancing brand visibility with customer satisfaction, all while ensuring our messaging was consistent and engaging across various platforms. My knack for negotiation and love for creating cohesive marketing campaigns helped me achieve sales goals and build a loyal customer base.

In 2018, I joined SGS OCM North America as a Branch Manager. This position was a game-changer for me, as it allowed me to blend my passion for marketing with my leadership skills. I thrived on the challenges of managing branch financials, leading a high-performing team, and aligning our branch objectives with corporate goals. Whether it was developing new business strategies, enhancing our service offerings, or streamlining processes for efficiency, I was all in.

I believe in the power of collaboration and the importance of nurturing relationships. My work at SGS involved strengthening ties with key clients, which not only secured long-term partnerships but also drove significant revenue growth. I was particularly proud of our team's ability to adapt to changing market conditions and continuously exceed performance targets.

STEM runs in my blood! My father worked at Unocal for an incredible 46 years, instilling in me a deep appreciation for the industry. I've been immersed in STEM myself for over 30 years, and I’m passionate about spreading awareness and inspiring others, especially the younger generations, to get involved. It's been a lifelong mission of mine to show just how exciting and impactful STEM can be.

I'm not just about crunching numbers and meeting quotas; I'm deeply invested in the human side of business. I enjoy working closely with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that make a real impact. My background in marketing and business (thanks to my BS and MBA from the University of Phoenix) equips me with the tools to tackle complex challenges and innovate in the face of uncertainty.

I thrive on initiative and love taking on new challenges. My approach is simple: be resourceful, stay adaptable, and always keep learning. Whether I'm leading a team, managing a project, or crafting a marketing campaign, I bring energy, creativity, and a results-driven mindset to the table.

When I'm not working, you can find me enjoying long walks in the park with my dogs, diving into a true crime novel, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I believe in a balanced life and cherish moments of relaxation and creativity.
